AERIAL TOPDRESSING

BRITISH FARMERS INTERESTED NZPA—Special Correspondent. Rec 7 p.m. LONDON, Jan. 23. The New Zealand practice of aerial topdressing with phosphates has aroused considerable interest among British farmers. Further' attention has been focussed upon it by the journal, the Farmers’ Weekly, which announces that it is hoping to arrange a demonstration in collaboration with the Bristol Aeroplane Company of topdressing hill land in Britain with a Bristol “ freighter.” The journal publishes an illustrated article giving an account of the work already done in New Zealand.
