He must have the capacity to build up the organisation from nothing, assume responsibility for carrying out the policy of the Board, open offices and agencies throughout the country, and staff them and supervise their efficient operation. Salary will be min. £2500 —max. £3OOO per annum in accordance with qualifications and ability. (b) SECRETARY. This highly important administrative position calls for a man of ability and experience. He must be qualified in all phases of secretarial work, and have the organising capacity to assist the General Manager in his duties. Salary min. £l2so—max. £2OOO per annum in accordance with qualifications. (c) CHIEF ACCOUNTANT. • For this post the successful applicant must be a qualified accountant and a man of ability, integrity, experience and personality. Knowledge of Branch Accounts is an important requirement. Salary min. £l2so—max. £2OOO p.a. according to qualifications.
