CHIQUITA WINS AGAIN
MELBOURNE, Dec. 26. The brilliant three-year-old filly Chiqulta scored her eighth successive win in nine starts by easily taking the Kinross Handicap of a mile for mares and fillies at Moonee Valley. She moved into the lead at will and won eased up. Result:— Kinross Handicap. Chiquita, 8.12 (Breasley), 1; Atomic Lass, 7.10 (W. Smith), ‘2; Chosen, 7.9 (Hutchinson), 3. Seven started. A length and a-half; same. Time, lmin 39Jsec.
