VISIT TO OTAGO
MINISTER OF WORKS IRRIGATION AND POWER SCHEMES The Minister of Works, Mr Goosman. will pay a visit to Otago early in the New Year, and will make a comprehensive tour of Central Otago. Mr Goosman has informed the Minister of Internal Affairs, Mr Bodkin, that he will make a thorough survey of irrigation and hydro-electric projects. Mr Bodkin has already discussed air services for Central Otago with Mr Goosman, who is also Minister of Civil Aviation. Mr Goosman has agreed to meet all interested parties and discuss the whole question with them.
