Woolworths Properties, Ltd. An interim dividend of 3 per cent, on preferred ordinary share capital on the holdings of Woolworths Properties. Ltd., as at December 31, 1949, will be payable on January 16. 1950; ex dividend December 20. Felt and Textiles of Australia, Ltd. An interim dividend of 2 per cent, on third preference shares of Felt and Textiles of Australia, Ltd., will be payable on February 2, 1950; ex dividend January 13.
