Another coastal ship arrived at Dunedin yesterday, bringing the total number of vessels working at the port to 10. If the rain continues there will soon be congestion. No work was done on Thursday on account of rain, and the same position applied yesterday afternoon. Three ships are expected to sail to-day. but it is doubtful whether all will adhere to their schedules. Meanwhile, another coaster, the Waimarino, is expected to arrive from Lyttelton.
