CYCLING RECORD
PA AUCKLAND, Dec. 2. The New Zealand three-mile track cycling record of 6min 49sec was broken by nearly 14sec by a junior rider of the Manukau Club, R. B. Hodkinson, in a special attempt at a meeting of the Auckland Amateur Cycling Centre at Western Springs Stadium. Hodkinson’s time was 6min 35.35ec.
