Acting President Of China Rec. 9 p.m. HONGKONG, Nov. 24. . The Acting President, General Li Tsung-jen, will leave for the United States within the next 10 days. General Li said he would return to China within six weeks “to carry on the fight against the Communists. It is understood that'General Li s intention is to investigate personally the chances of obtaining American aid for the Nationalist group under his direction and including the leading Nationalist general, Pai Chungh-si, as military commander. This group would continue the fight in Southern China and would sever connection with Generalissimo Chiang Kai-shek, whose strength is mainly concentrated in Taiwan.
