CHEMICAL PULP MILL NEAR '* AUCKLAND Work has commenced at Kinleith. near Auckland, in the establishment of a chemical pulp mill, a project which it is estimated will cost approximately £1,500,000 Tractors and carry-alls, including the H.D 19. the largest: machine of its type to be imported into the Dominion, are working non-stop for 14J hours a day, 7 days a week. Within four months the levelling of the pulp mill site will be completed, involving the removal of 176.000 cubic yards of material, and foundations have already been laid for the Swedish gang sawmill which will have a capacity of 12,000,000 to 14,000,000 board feet a year
