FRANCO’S VISIT TO PORTUGAL

Rec. 11 p.m. LONDON, Oct. 13. The British United Press Lisbon correspondent says several Spanish nationals have been arrested by the Portuguese police working with Spanish security officers as part of the special protective measures ordered for General Franco's visit next week. One thousand police, SCO of them Spanish, will guard points near where Franco will pass during his visit.
