COMPANY DIVIDENDS
South Hritlsh Insurance advises that a final dividend of Is 3d and a bonus of 3d are to be recommended for the approval of the shareholders, payable on October 27.
New Zealand Guarantee Corporation advise that the annual meeting will be held on October 20. An annual dividend of 2!d a share will be payable immediatelv after the annual meeting. William Atkins Holdings, Ltd., advise that at their ordinary general meeting to be held on September 30. 1949, a final dividend of 5 per cent., making 10 per cent, for the year, together with a bonus of 5 per cent., will be paid.
