YESTERDAY’S TRADING
BETTER THAN AVERAGE DUNEDIN STOCK EXCHANGE Better than average Monday trading was experienced on the Dunedin Stock Exchange yesterday, and buyers were well represented in almost all sections. National Bank of New Zealand tended easier after publication of the profit figure, but other bank shares were keenly sought at firm to hardening values. Bank of Australasias had further business at £lO, and Commercial Bank (ord.) moved up to 235, at which 450 were sold. All Government issues were in demand, and in some cases mediumdated 3 per cents, were showing less than face interest to a buyer.
