STUDENTS’ BUILDING FUND VICTORIA UNIVERSITY COLLEGE PA WELLINGTON, May 16. An announcement that the Wellington City Council had agreed to place £IOOO-on the estimates for the coming year as a the Victoria University College students’ jubilee building fund was made by the Mayor, Mi W. Appleton, at a civic reception today to the council staff and members of the college on the occasion of their jubilee celebrations. Before the reception an academic procession took place through the main business area of the city.
