GREEN ISLAND BAND A sound financial position and the interest taken by younger members were features of the year, stated the Green Island Municipal Band’s annual report, which was presented on Monday. Burt, the secretary, the treasurer, and two representatives of the Green Island Borough Council; librarians—Messrs J. Freeman, F. Stephson and L. Robertson; custodians, Messrs W. Walker and L. Robertson; drum major. Mr A. Brown; auditor, Mr T. McAhan.
