ARAB DELEGATES RETURN

GENERAL ASSEMBLY MEETING NZPA—Copyright Rec. 9 p.m. NEW YORK, May 12. The six Aral? delegations that walked out of the General Assembly last night in protest against Israel’s admission returned to-day as the Political Committee made a final attempt to find an acceptable formula for the disposing of the former Italian colonies. Outside the building, however, all was not so peaceful. Jamil Baroody (Saudi Arabia) reported that his car had beeh pelted with eggs as his chauffeur dr&ve it from the garage to Baroody’s apartment to take him to Lake Success. He asked the United States to protect delegates against “such cheap attacks.” ~ .. Mrs Eleanor Roosevelt later told the Social Committee that she wished, to express regret for the egg-throwing which, she said, was the work of a group of irresponsible hoodlums.
