PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that it is the intention of the Provisional Committee formed in connection with the proposed Tuapeka Rabbit Board to present a Petition to His Excellency the Governor-General, praying that an area containing approximately 85,500 acres of land in the Rankleburn, Beaumont. Tuapeka East, Tuapeka West, Waitahuna East, Waitahuna West and Table Hill Survey Districts to be declared a Rabbit District under, and for. the purposes of “ Tlie Rabbit Nuisance Act, 1928.” All Ratepayers (occupying 10 acres or more land in this proposed Rabbit District) who wish to sign this Petition are requested to contact one of the following canvassers IMMEDIATELY: —Messrs D.
