BRIEF VISIT TO DOMINION

MR C. G. SCRIMGEOUR PA AUCKLAND, May 12. Mr C. G. Scrimgeour, former director of the Commercial Broadcasting Service, arrived here by air from Sydney this morning. Mr Scrimgeour, who is visiting New Zealand for the first time in four years, is the Pacific representative of the Tower of London Producing Company, which is arranging the tour of Stanley Holloway and Billy Mayerl. He will return to Australia in about 10 days. The comedian and his pianist had a brief chat on arrival with the tenor, Walter Midgeley, who was boarding the clipper for the States.
