MILITARY EXERCISES
WESTERN UNION POWERS NZPA—Copyright LONDON, Apl. 17. The Western Union defence chiefs are making plans for a great combined military exercise to follow a similar naval exercise fixed for June, reports Reuter. It is understood that the armies of Britain, France, Belgium, Holland and Luxembourg will, co-operate in the exercise, which will be the biggest since the war. It will thoroughly test the degree of co-ordination achieved between the general staffs of the five Brussels Treaty Powers.
