TOTALISATOR FIGURES UP FOR EASTER
The totalisator figures for the racing and trotting meetings held on Saturday and yesterday reveal an over-all increase of £97,404 10s, or 73 per cent., on those for the corresponding days last year. Of the eight racing meetings and three trotting meetings, Riverton RC, Beaumont RC, Waipukurau JC, and Hawera TC each showed a decrease, but in some instances sharp increases were shown, notably at the Canterbury JC and the Auckland RC meetings.
