ST. PATRICK'S CONCERT

The annual St. Patrick’s concert to be held in the Opera House next Thursday promises to be an outstanding success as the organisers have been successful in securing the services of Noreen Cotter (mezzo soprano), who was second in the finalists in the Dame Nellie Melba Scholarship held in Dunedin last year. An added attraction is the appearance of Kevin O’Connor and the CYM Octet from Dunedin, both ol whom were so well received at a concert in the Opera House some months ago. The box plan opens at Begg’s on Tuesday.
