COMMUNIST-BACKED OPPOSITION DEFEATED SANTIAGO (Chile), Mar. 9. t Incomplete returns from Sunday s Congressional elections indicate that President Gabriel Videla’s Government has won a crushing victory over the Communist-backed opposition. ■ Fhe Government was supported by a coalition of the Radical, Liberal, Socialist, and Democratic parties. .
