DOMINION COMMENDED
ADMINISTRATION IN WESTERN SAMOA PA WELLINGTON. Feb. 28. Messages received by - the External Affairs Department state that the Trusteeship Council’s discussion on Western Samoa had been completed and that all council members except the Soviet Union commended the administering authority. , „ _ , , Sir Carl Berendsen. New Zealand delegate, described the Soviet representative’s criticism as “ in the large part nonsense and unworthy of a serious or detailed reply.”
