KING TO HOLD INVESTITURE

LONDON, Feb. 27. The King, who returned to Buckingham Palace from Sandringham last Thursday looking much rested as a result of his holiday, will hold his first investiture since his illness on Tuesday. The ceremony will be held in one of the State rooms on the first floor of the Palace, and the King will remain seated for part of the proceedings, which are expected to last an hour and a-half. , _ During the absence of the Royal Family at Sandringham, the State apartments have been spring-cleaned.
