Mr F. Maurice Clarke, general manager of the New Zealand National' Airways Corporation, is at present in Dunedin and will visit Alexandra on Wednesday. He returns to Wellington on Thursday. Mr W. S. Dawson, chairman of the Dunedin Stock Exchange, returned yesterday afternoon after attending a meeting of the Stock Exchange Association in Wellington. , . . Mr J N. F. Newbold, left yesterday morning on his return to Sydney. The members of the Otago Rugby Football Union present at the fortnightly meeting last night stood in silence as a mark of respect to the late Mr W. 1. Parata, of Seacliff, a life member of the New Zealand Rugby Union.
