BUSY WEEK ON OTAGO WATERFRONT

SHIPPING

A busy time is expected on the waterfront this week. Six overseas vessels are scheduled to berth at either the Dunedin or Port Chalmers wharves, and seven coastal freighters will visit the port. The phosphate ship Marabank will come to Dunedin to-day from Ravensbourne to unload 2000 tons of phosphate. The Kurow is due from Lyttelton to-morrow with about 400 tons of sugar from Auckland. The Holmdale was to complete loading and sail for Wellington on Saturday, but the weather delayed work on her, and she is now expected to sail to-day. The Waitaki is due to arrive in Dunedin on March 16. She will load general cargo for Melbourne. The Emoire Star sailed last night for Bluff to load general cargo for the United Kingdom.
