POMEROY.— On February 21, 1949 (result of accident), at Dunedin, Allan, dearly loved only son of Mrs, J. R- Pomeroy, 70 Buccleugh street, North-East Valley, and the late David A. Pomeroy, and loved brother of Doreen and Mavis; aged 24 vears. Deeply mourned. —The Funeral will leave our Chapel, 326 George street. WRATTEN. —On February 20, 1949, at Waipiata, 7755 Sergeant James Frederick Wratten, Seaforth Highlanders, 1914-18. Southland Regiment 1939-45: aged 60 years; beloved husband of Caroline Wratten, and loved father of Frederick (deceased), Richard, David, Henry, Albert, George, James, Alan, Queenie and Margaret.—The Funeral will leave his late residence at Pounawea at 2,30 p.m. Today (Wednesday), February 23, for the Owaka Cemetery.—l.
