IMPROVED TRADING
DUNEDIN STOCK EXCHANGE There was improved trading on the Dunedin Stock Exchange yesterday, and whilst business was restricted to four stocks, more interest was displayed in the majority of sections than was apparent on the preceding day. Canterbury Frozen Meat ordinary shares had their first local business this year when the £lO shares, paid to £7 10s, changed hands at £l6 2s 6d. Dunlop New Zealand preference were slightly easier with business at 21s Gd. Bruce Woollen ordinary were sold 6d cheaper at 44s 6d, but G. J. Coles “ rights ” were bought at 22s 6d, the parcel of 22 being to the buyer’s liking. DUNEDIN
