WADE TIES FOR SIXTH PLACE BEVERWIJK, Jan. 16. In the ninth and final round of the international chess tournament at Beverwijk (Holland), the New Zealander R. G. Wade, lost to Tartakower, who won the tournament with a final score of 6.5 points. Wade tied for sixth place with 4.5 points.
