TO LOAD WOOL

Overseas vessels are now arriving in Dunedin regularly to load wool. Yesterday afternoon the Argos Hill arrived from Auckland to lift 10,000 bales for the United Kingdom and the Continent. With the same plans, the Harpalion is due on Thursday, direct, from Port Pirie, South Australia. Wool for Russia will be loaded into the British steamer Wye Valley, which arrived last Thursday. Only one ship cleared the harbour over the week-end. She was the Swedish tanker Avanti, which sailed--yesterday morning for San Pedro, California.
