EXCHANGE OF STUDENTS WITH AUSTRALIA P.A. WELLINGTON. Oct. 29. The New Zealand University Students’ Association announced today that it feared the exchange of Australian and New Zealand university students planned for the Christmas holidays will break down because of the lack of shipping and air transport.
