Sir,—At the present time raffle tickets are on sale throughout New Zealand for a motor car, and I would like to ask the promoters through you. Sir, the folio win gquestion: (1) How, when and wher e the raffle is to be drawn? (2) What would be the position if all books are not returned by closing date? (3) How many series of books have been issued? (4) How many tickets to each series? (5) Estimate of net return? (6) If permission has been granted to hold same, and if so, over whose signature was the authority issued? —I am, etc., Humber.
