LORD DONOUGHMORE DEAD

He was Undersecretary of State for War from 1903 to 1905,' Chairman of Committees of the House of Lords from 1911 to 1931, and chairman of the National Radium Commission since 1933. He was appointed to the Privy Council in 1918.
