TASMAN CROSSINGS BY AORANGI P.A. AUCKLAND. Aug. 17. No further transtasman bookings for the Aorangi are being accepted in-the meantime by the Union Steam Ship Company. Although hundreds of applications for berths- have been received. shipping officials do not consider that the demand for passages to Australia exceeds . the supply. Fares across the Tasman on the Aorangi will be £22 10s first class, £l7 cabin class, and £ll third class.
