QUEEN’S BIRTHDAY
CONGRATULATIONS FROM NEW ZEALAND P.A. WELLINGTON, Aug. 4. His Excellency the Governor-General has despatched a message to the Queen stating: ‘‘ On behalf of the Government and peoples of New Zealand, its island territories and Western Samoa, I respectfully beg to tender to your Majesty the warmest congratulations and all good wishes on the occasion of your Majesty’s birthday. All are looking forward with the keenest pleasure and anticipation to the forthcoming visit of your Majesty and the King.
