FAIR AND GOOL fc The official weather forecast issued by the Government Meteorological Office in Wellington is:— Situation An anti-cyclone is moving eastwards across New Zealand. - Forecast to 5 p.m. To-day.—Mode-rate north, winds, tending to the west' late this afternoon. Some scattered showers in South Otago this evening. Weather otherwise mainly fair andcool. Weather in Dunedin.—Spring-like conditions continued in Dunedin yesterday, with bright sunshine totalling 7hr find a maximum temperature of 57.8 deg. The minimum and grass minimum temperatures vitere 44.7 deg and 33.6 deg respectively. A south-west breeze prevailed. The barometer remained steady during the day, the midnight reading being 30.3 in.
