READY TO NEGOTIATE
GREECE SEEKS PEACE TREATY WITH ALBANIA LONDON, June 4. Reuter has learned from Greek sources in London that Greece told the United Nations Balkans Commission she was prepared to negotiate a peace treaty with Albania, with whom she was still formally at war. Diplomatic observers in London consider the chances that the Greek move could lead to general Balkans pacification will depend, however, on the solution of the Greek guerrilla problem. In this connection a peace feeler put out by the guerrilla radio on June 1 may be the latest phase in a wider Moscow-inspired peace offensive
