Karitane, from Lyttelton, via Timaru. is due here oh Tuesday. Waipahi was expected to leave New Plymouth yesterday for Wellington and Dunedin. She is due here on Wednesday. NARBADA’S SCHEDULE Narbada (Union Steam Ship Company, Ltd.), after completing discharge of her Calcutta cargo, is expected to sail this morning for Port Chalmers, where her holds will be fumigated. Tire Narbada should leave to-morrow for Auckland. PORT ADELAIDE Port Adelaide (J. W. Swift and Co., Ltd.), from New York, Via northern ports, is due here to-morrow to discharge. She will sail on Tuesday for Timaru and Lyttelton to load for the United Kingdom. PHOSPHATE SHIP Scottish Monarch (British Phosphate Commission), with phosphate from Nauru, is due here on June 12, via Lyttelton. FROM YOKOHAMA Marit (Union Steam Ship Company, Ltd.), coming direct from Yokohama, will berth at Dunedin this morning to load a cargo of wool for Odessa. She arrived off the Heads late yesterday afternoon and anchored last night. The Marit is expected to sail on Tuesday for Lyttelton. , Marit was built in 1943 by the Oregon Ship Building Corporation at Portland, Oregon, and is a Norwegian ship registered at Arendal. Of 7170 tons gross, she is 422 2-3 feet in length, 57 feet in beam, and 34 2-3 feet in depth.
