WOMEN’S HOCKEY

At a meeting of the North Otago Women’s Hockey Association the secretary was instructed to write to clubs inviting suggestions concerning the expenses of players chosen to represent North Otago at the tournament to be held in Dunedin for the K Cup (minor associations). The question of a six-a-side tournament at Oamaru was held over in the meantime. It was decided to write suggesting July 31 for a representative match against South Canterbury, and Mrs Pearce asked that the first Saturday after the end of the championship round be kept for representative trials.
