SOFTBALL TEAM
AUSTRALIAN TOUR POSSIBLE
PA WELLINGTON. May 27. A decision to make preliminary preparations for sending a New Zealand women’s softball team to Australia next March was made at a recent meeting oi the council of the New Zealand Softball Association. The team would visit Melbourne if suitable transport and finance could be arranged. The tour is estimated to cost £2OOO and district committees to raise funds are being appointed
