P.A. PALMERSTON N., May 27. In a light-weight professional boxing contest to-night, Vern. Toohey (Palmerston North), 9st 3jib, knocked out Billy Wedlock (Christchurch), 9st lib. in the fourth round of an eight-round bout. Both boxers were making their professional debut!
