Ttie first of two newcomers' races was held by the Dunedin Amateur Cycling Club on Saturday, over a course from Green Island to the Coach and Horses at Fairfield and return, the course being covered twice. The following are the results: —M. Stockdill (scr) 1, I. Hunt (30sec) 2, K. Middleton (scr) 3. Time. 30min 4sec.
