South Canterbury Meeting CONNAUGHT AMONG FANCIES The South Canterbury Jockey Club’s meeting to-day, the only meeting in the South Island, promises to be a sporting and a financial success. The card is an attractive one, containing as it does, racing on the flat, and over hurdles and steeplechase fences, and two trotting events.
