AMERICAN NAVY UNITS

MEDITERRANEAN MANCEUVRES PLANNED N.Z.P.A. Special Correspondent Rec. 9 p.m. LONDON, May 20. A United States naval force consisting of 29 ships, including the modern 45 000-ton battleship Missouri and the new 45,000-ton aircraft carrier. Coral Sea will carry out manoeuvres in the Mediterranean and Eastern Atlantic waters during June and July. The entire squadron will visit Lisbon and will then split into sections which will visit various ports on the North African, French Riviera, and Italian coasts.
