SALVATION ARMY ANNIVERSARY

The sixty-fifth anniversary of the opening of the Oamaru corps of the Salvation Army will be celebrated during the coming week-end. A series of special meetings will be conducted by Colonel George Marshall, chief secretary for New Zealand. Timaru, Waimate and Oamaru Army bands will present a musical programme.
