ngahere gold dredge In presenting the accounts of Ngahere Gold Dredging, Ltd., for the year ended December 31. 1947, the directors state that gold recovered during the year at 4867 ounces, was substantially less than the previous year, and although operating expenditure' was lower, this decrease was not sufficient to offset the drop in revenue and the year closed with a net loss of £6132 Operating expenditure for the vear was £52.395, against £56,826 for the previous vear. The operating loss transferred to'the profit and loss account was £3809 The renewals reserve at £iu,o«a shows an incerase of £2949 on the previous year. »
