Rec. 11 p.m. LONDON, May 19. The special correspondent of The Times with the Arab Legion, says that the breakdown in communications from Palestine since May 14 makes verification of news reports difficult. Additional handicaps are the Arabs’ irrepressible optimism resulting in exaggerated accounts of Arab achievements.
