RUSSIANS LEAVE FOUR-POWER MEETING IN BERLIN
Rec. 11 p.m. BERLIN, May 14. The Russian delegation, shouting loudly, walked out from a meeting of the Public Safety Committee of the Four-Power Allied Kommandatura. They were protesting against the British attempt to question the appointment of the Russian-nominated Berlin police president, Paul Markgraf.
