DANGEROUS BUILDINGS

WORKS COMMITTEE REPORT A number of buildings in Dunedin, which have been deemed dangerous and the owners of which have failed to make them secure or to take them down, are mentioned in the report of tl e Works Committee , of the City Council. The buildings are at 27 Queen street, 12a Mafeking terrace, 13 Neidpath road and 84 Duncan street. The council will be asked on Monday night to authorise action being taken against the owners. The committee’s report also mentions a further building reported to be dangerous. It is at 301 Castle street.
