APPOINTMENT OF NEW FIRST SEA LORD
LONDON, May 12
Admiral Lord Fraser to-day became First Sea Lord of the Admiralty. He is succeeded as Commander-in-Chiof. Portsmouth,, by Admiral Sir Algernon Willis, who relinquished the' post of Commander-in-Chief, Mediterranean, to Admiral Sir Arthur Powers.
