A WATER RATE under Section 82 of “ The Municipal Corporations Act, 1933.” in respect of the ordinary supply as follows: —That is to say, upon all land and buildings to which water is supplied, the rateable value of which does not exceed £l2 10s, the sum of TEN SHILLINGS (10s); where the Annual Value exceeds £l2 10s, a rate of TENPENCE (lOd) in the Pound (£); upon all such land and buildings to which water can be, but is not, supplied, situated within one hundred yards (100yds) of any part of tlje Waterworks and upon all buildings used as stores, etc., or for any purpose than a house, a rate of HALF THE ABO.VE. This Rgte Is applicable to the Ravensbourne and Rothesay Wards. (6) A REFUSE REMOVAL FEE under Section 90 of “ The Municipal Corporations Act, 1933,” of SEVENTEEN SHILLINGS AND SIXPENCE (17s 6d) per annum on all properties within the Borough of West Harbour which have a building erected thereon. Tlie above Rates are payable in one sum on the 14th day of JULY, 1948, at the Office of the Borough of West Harbour, Ravensbourne, and an ADDITIONAL CHARGE, of TEN PER CENTUM, provided by Section. 76 of ” The Rating Act, 1925,” will be imposed on all such Rates which remain unpaid after the 31st day of January, 1949.
